HONKY TONK PARTY EXPRESS POLICIES
Weather Policy:
The weather can be really unpredictable sometimes - even the meteorologists get it wrong sometimes! We do our best to monitor the weather and keep our guests and staff safe should an iffy situation arise. The Honky Tonk Party Express run rain or shine and the only time we would ever consider canceling a tour due to weather would be if there is a severe warning directly impacting downtown Nashville at the time or during the time of the existing reservation. If HTPE ever has to cancel on account of the weather, guests will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule if available. Guests will not receive a refund should they choose to cancel due to the weather.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the recent changes in travel plans due to the Coronavirus, our cancellation policy has been modified. Please feel free to call with any questions or concerns.
Puking:
If anyone should throw up or relieve themselves in any way while on the bus, a $150 charge will be assessed to the credit card used to book the reservation. This is non-negotiable-if you don’t feel well tell someone and we will stop!
Our Right to End a Tour:
We reserve the right to end a tour at any time whether it is for weather reasons, safety reasons, or simply because someone a guest is not following our safety instructions. *Should we end a tour because someone is jeopardizing their own safety or the safety of others on the vehicle to not following directions, absolutely no refunds will be issued.
Booking Age:
Must be 21-years or older to book any tour, bus, shuttle or any form of transportation.
Under-age Guests:
Our tours are strictly 21+ events. If anyone attempts to board the bus with a fake ID, fake IDs will be confiscated by our staff and the underage individuals will not be allowed onto the bus. If anyone underage is caught drinking on the bus, the tour will be ended immediately without refund. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact Anne Elliot for further explanation.
No Glass Policy:
Absolutely NO glass is allowed on any of our vehicles at any time. This is a safety policy and we cannot bend it at all. If you arrive to your reservation time with glass, you will not be allowed to bring bottles on the bus. Please prepare accordingly PRIOR to your arrival.
Waivers:
Each guest must sign our electronic waiver prior to boarding the bus. Anyone who has not signed the waiver will not be allowed to board until they have filled out and signed our electronic waiver.
Music Playlist:
As a guest renting the bus, we allow for the use of our stereo system equipment for the purposes of playing music. Guests are required to provide their own music as part of renting the bus. Guests may request other music services with permission from the company. We reserve the right to skip or end a song for any reason.
